Rare Kirribilli villa with some of Sydney’s best views has sold

One of only two Victorian villas remaining in the North Sydney area has sold prior to auction for “well in excess of the price guide” to a young local family, according to selling agent McGrath Mosman’s Claudia Portale.

The historic property at 42 Kirribilli Ave with iconic views had a $5.5 million-$5.6 million guide and stands on part of 120 acres at Kirribilli, originally granted to Robert Ryan, a private soldier with the First Fleet.
