Ray White is sitting on the sale of an extremely rare asset on the Sunshine Coast, in an industry notoriously difficult for new operators to penetrate given the huge barriers to entry.
Expressions of interest are being sought for the Scarlet Harem Bordello, one of only two legal brothels on the Sunshine Coast in Kunda Park, 30 minutes north of Caloundra.
Ray White Commercial Caloundra sales and leasing consultant Dave Tyson said that the Scarlet Harem Bordello, established in 2002 and a multi-award-winning site, would be a “significant” cash cow for a savvy buyer or investor.
Mr Tyson said that the asset was particularly rare due to local authority approvals to operate already being in place.
