RE/MAX New Zealand’s principal Don Ha is the network’s top ranked agent for January to April 2019, with RE/MAX Revolution also claiming the top office position.
This has been a standout year to date for Don and the RE/MAX Revolution team.
The well-known Auckland real estate identity opened his ‘super-office’, RE/MAX Revolution, in Papatoetoe last year.
As a business enterprise, the office continues to set new benchmarks for service and performance both locally, within the RE/MAX New Zealand network and the RE/MAX network globally.
By Easter this year, RE/MAX Revolution had rolled into Howick when an ownership transfer for RE/MAX in that location meant exciting business expansion for Don Ha.
The opportunity in the eastern suburbs of Auckland was a perfect fit for him and his longer-term business plan to grow his presence within the city and reputation well beyond.
RE/MAX Revolution in Howick specialises in large projects and has a striking project showroom style fit-out. In April, the office listed the largest residential development in Manukau, with a total of 1200 apartments and terrace houses, and two large hotels.
Don Ha is indisputably a leading property sales figure who has lived and breathed property most of his working life. He’s observed the success strategies of the world’s greatest business and property minds and has been awarded many times for excellence in real estate.
“RE/MAX Revolution has rapidly made a name for itself as a leading office in this leading global network of more than 125,000 agents and 8000 offices,” said Michael Davoren, Managing Director of RE/MAX New Zealand, “and business continues to grow for RE/MAX Revolution as the whole team exceeds its clients’ expectations.” Mr Davoren acknowledged Don’s leadership.
“I sincerely congratulate Don as business owner because that role plays an immense part in this office’s achievements,” he said.
“RE/MAX Revolution boasts a top sales force, and a top support team, that is the forefront of every successful transaction. It is a market leader in its field, highly respected and admired by its competitors for its impact on the industry and the community,” Mr Davoren said.
