A Brisbane real estate agent who loves to boast about his money and Maserati on social media, has been disqualified from driving for the next six months.
Emil Juresic was caught by police driving his $260,000 car without a licence, with unregistered number plates, and using a mobile phone.
The 39-year-old was pulled over by police on Dandenong Road, at Mt Ommaney in Brisbane’s south west, on October 1. When questioned, he told police “he wasn’t punching any numbers”.
“He had a call previously and was checking to see the phone was actually closed,” Police Prosecutor Lisa Pye told the court today.
