A Melbourne real estate agent has been charged with causing deficiencies in his agency’s trust account and fraudulently converting the money to his own use, totalling $158,415.
Amit Miglani faces more than 100 charges in his capacity as officer in effective control of SNM Properties Pty Ltd, trading as MIG Real Estate.
The alleged offences began in November 2017 and extended until September 2018.
The 43-year-old allegedly converted funds to his own use on more than 50 occasions, in amounts ranging from $150 to as much as $10,000.
