A north Brisbane agent will earn 100 per cent commission on all property sales over the next nine months after reaching @realty’s full commission threshold in just 12 weeks.
REB reported on @realty’s new earnings scheme back in June which sees agents who have paid $20,000 in service fees through their standard commission become eligible to retain 100 per cent of the commission earned on any further deals, minus an administration fee.
Patrick D’Arrigo has been the first @realty agent to reach the milestone, thanks to his work around Albany Creek and Warner.
According to a statement from the agency, Mr D’Arrigo has sold 24 properties in the past three months, with properties generally priced around the $550,000 to $650,000 bracket — netting him @realty’s first recipient of the “Allstar Award”.
According to @realty director JJ Taylor, the Brisbane agent’s achievement shows 100 per cent commission “is within reach for all agents”.
“Patrick has done a fantastic job in reaching full commission within just 12 weeks,” he said.
“He didn’t have to sell multimillion properties to hit the target — the majority were average family homes.”
