An Auckland Ray White real estate agent has been fined $6000 and censured after lending money to the buyer of a property he was selling, to settle the deal.
Manvinder Singh was an agent for Noble Realty Limited, trading as Ray White Papatoetoe.
Within three days of a Mangere Bridge property being listed, Singh introduced property investor Anthony Udesh Chandra Bidesi to the vendors.
Bidesi had previously bought and sold properties through Singh.
