According to STUFF an Auckland real estate agent who “shaved” $100,000 off a vendor’s property price without permission has been found guilty of unsatisfactory conduct by the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal.
Michael Sheldon, working for Elysium Realty, trading as Harveys Te Atatu Peninsula, told vendors Tara and Ryan Nel he could sell their Laingholm house for $1.45 million while telling buyers it could be bought “in excess of $1.1m”.
