A Melbourne real estate agent has taken a bizarre approach to trying to sell a house.
We’ve all heard of “fixer uppers” haven’t we? A home that needs a bit of love?
Well, Nicholas Skapoulas, of Nicholas Scott Real Estate, doesn’t sugarcoat it when he talks about 69 Pilgrim Street in Seddon in the city’s west, which he bluntly describes as “s***” and in need of a renovation.
“Pick the worst house in the best street,” he says.
“I’ve found it.”
Sir John Key buys waterfront Sydney pad and lists it next day
He then takes viewers for a tour of the home in a video of the property.
“Absolutely disgusting carpet,” he says.
“I’ve got holes in the walls but it’s got three really good bedrooms.”
Mr Skapoulas admits he doesn’t think anyone could live in it and the kitchen is “just holding up”.
