A real estate agent who failed to tell a prospective buyer that his new property would lose land to major roadworks has had her license suspended for 18 months.
Indra Prasad, then with Harcourts Image Realty Ltd in Manukau, failed to tell some house hunters interested in the property that it would be affected by the Redoubt Road widening before it was sold at auction, the Real Estate Disciplinary Tribunal found in January.
She was also found to have retroactively added notes to her dairy and to the sale documents to support her argument that she had told everyone
