A multimillionaires’ row in Mosman Park has pipped a host of roads in the western suburbs to be crowned Perth’s best street.
Saunders Street was the clear winner when The West Australian asked some of Perth’s best performing real estate agents to nominate their top residential streets.
It beat Duncraig Road in Applecross and Jutland Parade in Dalkeith in a poll that was dominated by Perth’s leafy west and included streets in Peppermint Grove, Cottesloe, Attadale and Swanbourne.
The most “eastern” nominated street was Bassendean’s North Road, which was described by one agent as “Perth’s best-kept real estate secret”.
