A real estate agent has admitted to stealing from a tenant who trusted her with an open house at his unit.

Kally Fitzgerald swiped a credit card before going on a shopping spree costing thousands.

The tenant went for a jog while Ms Fitzgerald let buyers walk through his unit in Dee Why in Sydney’s north last October.

The 38-year-old dug through his drawers to find his wallet, taking his credit card to fund a six-hour spending splurge at his expense.
