Real estate investment broker Hamish Doig has lost a High Court earthquake case against Tower.
Doig is the 76 per cent owner and managing director of Colliers International in Christchurch (South Island Commercial 2004).
He recently received a Property Council award for being “regarded as one of the most influential and successful investment brokers who played a pivotal role in reviving interest in central Christchurch after the earthquakes … Where others see a challenge, he sees opportunity”.
