Elite Lifestyle Properties sales consultant Brooke Walters has taken his game to a new level by smashing the house sale record for Caloundra’s Shelly Beach.
Brooke, 26, the son of former NRL legend Kerrod Walters, has sold an up-market property at 2a Banksia St for $1 million above the previous benchmark of $3.5 million set in 2015.
The renovated property recently settled, and features a six-car garage, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
“It took three weeks from the first inspection to the local buyers signing the contract,” Brooke said.
“It was an off-market campaign, and it’s the first time the property’s been on the market since
undergoing a quality renovation.
“The buyers, who wanted to upgrade on the coast, are astute, so they knew exactly what they were looking for and this property ticked all their boxes”.
