Melbourne’s most glamorous barrister and Real Housewives of Melbourne star Gina Liano has splashed more than $2m on a new Brighton bolthole.
While keeping the purchase quiet at first, Liano shared a since-deleted Instagram post earlier this month thanking mortgage broker Bruce Kohler for financing her home.
Sold by Woodards Manningham agent Jodi Longmore-Scott, public records show the RHOW star paid $2.4m for the new digs, comprising four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It’s placed on a 343sq m block across two storeys, and features a spa bathroom, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and plenty of natural light.
The prime bayside location is just a couple of kilometres back from the beach and close to train stations, shopping hubs and amenities.
It comes after the “born and bred” Brighton native listed her 16/26 Warleigh Grove apartment in June to make way for the bigger purchase nearby.
The one-bedroom pad has since been pulled from the market, but initially had a $600,000-$650,000 price guide.
Although Liano made moves to the Mornington Peninsula five years ago, she still keeps the Brighton area close to her heart.
“Brighton people love Brighton,” she told Property Confidential at the time of the Warleigh Grove listing.
“I was born and bred here, and Brighton was perfect for me as a Melbourne base between the city and the peninsula.
“It’s easier to get from the Peninsula than going back to Toorak; my kids went to school here, I grew up here, and I love it. It’s safe.”
The house features herringbone timber floors.
