Realestate.com.au has announced the introduction of a marketing campaign focused on its property valuation estimate product, realEstimateTM. The product offers property owners a free and instant estimate of their home’s value and provides unique insights into the market.
The campaign will the various tools and experiences available to property owners, including the ability to track the value of their property over time, understand current buyer demand, and search for reviews of agents.
This new toolset aims to give owners increased confidence in their decision-making, including determining the right time to sell.
The new marketing campaign will be blitzed across prime-time TV tonight, during broadcasts of popular shows across channels 7, 9, and 10, including Australian Idol, Married at First Sight, and Australian Survivor. The TV commercial will feature music by Australian duo Angus and Julia Stone.
Sarah Myers, General Manager Consumer Marketing, said, “Realestate.com.au is a popular platform for Australians interested in property, with buyer enquiries 14 per cent higher than pre-pandemic levels.
“The latest campaign aims to support owners and drive their confidence to list their property.
“The platform offers more properties for sale than any other and is an integral part of many Australians’ everyday lives.”
The new TV commercial was produced by Brand+Story, and the campaign will also include local outdoor advertisements, BVOD, online video, social media, digital display, and audio, and will feature on Sunrise in Melbourne and Sydney.
