Australian actor Rebel Wilson has recently put her Balmain property on the market with an asking price of $2.3 million. However, the most intriguing aspect of this sale is the real estate agent handling the transaction: Rebel’s own sister, Annachi “Anna” Wilson.
Anna Wilson, 32, joined Cobden & Hayson real estate as a sales agent earlier this year, after a successful stint as a buyer’s agent. Anna is the youngest of Rebel’s three siblings and has already made a significant mark in the real estate world, having secured over $30 million worth of property for her clients in her previous role.
The property, which Rebel purchased off the plan for $1.88 million in 2015, is located in the heritage-listed Lever Brothers soap factory in Sydney. This unique investment will go to auction on June 22. Spread over two levels and covering 130 square meters, the apartment features two balconies and a rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the CBD skyline and Anzac Bridge.
