The future of the earthquake-prone Naenae Pool should be clearer by the end of June.
The Hutt City Council closed the pool in April after it was found to be less than 34 per cent of the New Building Standard.
Its closure has caused angst in Naenae, which relies heavily on the 450,000 visitors the pool attracts each year to support the Naenae shopping centre.
