Rich lister Paul Little sells property development business

Rich lister and philanthropist Paul Little will exit his property development arm after riding a remarkable real estate boom since founding the development business Little Projects 12 years ago.

The former Essendon Football Club chairman will sell Little Projects to inhouse directors Leighton Pyke and Paris Lechte for an undisclosed sum just as Australia’s residential sector enters a significant downturn.
