- An Auckland-based richlister has levelled a Herne Bay property in order to make way for a proposed $15 million super mansion.
Property tycoon and former Black Cap cricketer, Greg Loveridge owns neighbouring properties on the prestigious Bella Vista Rd – a leafy street with views out to the Waitemata Harbour – and has been granted resource consent for “extravagant” renovations.
Property comes naturally to Loveridge – the general manager and director of Robert Jones Holdings, Sir Bob Jones’ property company.
