Rita Ora and her husband Taika Waititi have reportedly invested in a NZD 9 million mansion in New Zealand. The 32-year-old singer and her 48-year-old film director husband, who tied the knot last August, purchased the property in Auckland, as per The Sun.
The expansive estate features four bedrooms, a swimming pool, veranda, private gardens, large garage, sundeck, and breathtaking views across the bay. The three-storey clifftop residence, in a dark grey hue, is set on two-thirds of an acre with its own beach access.
Taika, who has two daughters from his previous marriage, Matewa Kiritapu and Te Hinekahu, remains based in New Zealand, making the location ideal for the couple.

Rita and Taika got married in an intimate ceremony in London after dating since March 2021 and publicly announcing their romance in August of the same year. They got engaged in June 2022, and it’s reported that Rita has adopted the surname Mrs Waititi-Ora. The couple enjoyed a romantic honeymoon on Waiheke Island, off the coast of Auckland, staying in a villa costing NZD 900 per night.
