The renowned television personality, aged 50 and a recipient of three Gold Logie awards, together with his wife Tasma Walton, finalized the sale of their impressive Coogee property for an astounding $7.29 million on Friday, yielding a handsome profit of $3.5 million from their initial purchase price of $3.76 million in 2021.

Situated just moments away from Coogee and Clovelly beaches in the eastern suburbs of the city, the home is described as a “masterpiece.” Spanning three levels, it comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and generous living spaces extending across a spacious 285 square meters. The property also features a sunlit rear entertainers’ courtyard and pool, showcasing opulent finishes and meticulous attention to detail.

This sale follows the couple’s previous transaction in 2021 when they sold their Bronte residence, located nearby, for $14 million. Acquired in 2016 for $6.4 million, the Bronte home underwent a lavish $4 million renovation over two years, highlighting the couple’s penchant for luxurious living spaces.

Rove and Tasma, who have a young daughter named Ruby, have previously resided in the United States. Rove McManus is widely recognized as the host of the enduring Channel 10 talk show “Rove Live” and heads the production company Roving Enterprises, responsible for producing “The Project.”
