A husband and wife duo who were cut from the real estate company they worked for over racial social media comments have landed jobs at a competing company.
Paul and Kathryn Davie were real estate agents for Ray White in Blockhouse Bay but had their contracts terminated after making derogatory posts on Facebook about Muslims and Africans.
“Their actions do not align with any of our values or views,” a Ray White spokesman said in an email provided to Stuff on March 21, as the company confirmed it had terminated their contracts.
On Thursday, Harcourts confirmed it had taken the pair on, but thanked Stuff for “bringing this to our attention”.
