Former television presenter Sally Ridge has been awarded more than $33,000 in court costs following a property dispute with her former partner.
A High Court decision stated Warren Fenning had to pay Ridge costs of $33,673.
Fenning and Ridge were once a celebrity couple but they have since parted ways.
The judgment states that court proceedings began after Fenning claimed he had a beneficial interest under an implied or resulting trust in a residential property in Auckland’s Herne Bay.
