Footy star Sam Burgess and his estranged wife Phoebe have had some rare good news as they live a very public and sometimes difficult separation — the Sydney home they shared for almost four years has been sold, pocketing them a cool $1.2 million profit.
The former matrimonial mansion in Maroubra was bought in both their names in early 2016 for $3.8 million.
