Scott Cam, the host of The Block, is putting up for sale his 720-hectare Barigan cattle farm, Derowen, which fetched $3.1 million midweek through First National Mudgee agent Peter Druitt. The celebrity carpenter, based in Vaucluse, acquired the property for $1.35 million in 2016.

In addition to the farm, Cam is also selling the house he transformed in last year’s The Block season in Gisborne, regional Victoria, with a price guide of $4.1 million to $4.3 million. Known as ‘the house that Scotty Cam built’ and listed as Camalot c1866, the property is described as an opportunity of a lifetime, set on approximately 10 acres with exquisite landscaping and multiple outbuildings, including the nation’s first 3D-printed building.

The listing highlights the property’s unique features, such as a wide, wraparound veranda leading into a remarkable five-bedroom, four-bathroom home. Camalot, originally the first homestead on the street owned by Joseph McGeorge, has been expertly extended by the team and Nine in Six Builders into an indulgent retreat of pure respite and leisure. The fountain and round-drive entrance, memorable from the first glance, set the tone for the property’s charm and luxury country living.
