THE couple behind Gold Coast streetwear giant Culture Kings has been revealed as the secret buyers of an $11.75 million mega mansion in Surfers Paradise.
Simon and Tahnee Beard snapped up Riverpoint, a six-bedroom Isle of Capri residence with a raft of luxury features.
Property records reveal the vendor was law-firm principal John Ramsden.
The property sold last month and settled on Friday through Amir Mian and Charlon Delos Angeles of Amir Prestige.
“When you’re spending that sort of money you’re looking at something unique,” Mr Main said.
“You literally walk in and it’s like you’re on holiday in Bali, Thailand or Fiji
“That’s what appealed to this buyer and the others we took through.”
