How to sell a house: Musician Jordan Luck has his own quirky sales pitch

Here’s a video we wouldn’t usually see from a muso, but who better to sell a house than the person who’s lived in it for the past 18 years?

Jordan Luck, songwriter and lead singer of the Jordan Luck Band and legendary Kiwi rock band The Exponents, puts a new spin on real estate advertising with his own sales video.

And it’s about as laid back as you get. Luck strums a guitar with his shirt off, then pops it on again and takes us on a barefoot tour through the Point Chevalier house he and wife Rita have enjoyed for nearly two decades.
