Two senior commercial real estate agents have had their bill to a former client increased, but they plan to appeal against a judgment which found they failed that client.

Colliers International agents Grant Lloyd and Philip Nevill have been in a legal tussle with Pangani Properties Ltd since 2014 over a commercial property deal in Palmerston North.

Lloyd and Nevill accept they failed the company in the deal, a finding also made by a real estate Complaints Assessment Committee, and gave up their commission in the process.

But Pangani took them to the High Court, and netted a total of $813,150 in commission and lost potential earnings on the property.
