A Wellington house belonging to Alliki Serepisos, mother of former bankrupt property developer Terry Serepisos, is for sale under order from the High Court.
When Stuff visited the Miramar house on Thursday, Terry Serepisos answered the door and said the matter was being “resolved next week”.
His mother stood behind him while he answered questions.
“General Finance won a case and she [Alliki Serepisos] still owes x-amount of money, which needs to be repaid, which is going to happen,” he said.
Asked if the house would be sold she said: “No, it is not going to be sold.”
