SHAYNNA Blaze has found a buyer for the Ringwood North home where she raised her family and lived for 15 years.
The Block judge and interior designer had listed the four-bedroom property in the outer-eastern suburb’s sought-after McAlpin estate for private sale with price hopes of $1.19-$1.29 million.
Fletchers, Ringwood, agent Robin Waterbury said the sale price was undisclosed, but Property Confidential understands it sold above its quoted range on November 23.
