A signature Athfield Architects house in Belmont, Lower Hutt has sold unconditionally during the lockdown after the tender date was brought forward.
The Dickson House, as it is known, had been owned by one of the directors of Athfield Architects Ian Dickson and his wife Jacky since new – Ian designed and helped to build the house in the 1970s.
While the price has not been disclosed, listing agent Steve Andrews of Bayleys Hutt Valley says the property was sold to a young couple for “a lot more” than the RV of $600,000.
