PHOTO: Tim Cahill – Socceroos
RECENTLY retired Socceroos star Tim Cahill has scored $3.5 million for his striking Lower Plenty home.
Australia’s all-time leading goalscorer flew into Melbourne to meet the buyers of his six-bedroom house with a pool and tennis court at 6 Woodfull Rd and sign paperwork for the sale — which came hot on the heels of his retirement from international soccer.
Morrison Kleeman director Rocco Montanaro said a family from the Brighton area snapped up the pad, which hit the market last month with $3.5-$3.85 million price hopes.
