Socialite Nellie Tilley has started 2018 in fine fashion with a more than $6 million sale of her Double Bay terrace, well above the $2.38 million she paid for it in 2014.
The high-profile interior decorator had undertaken a renovation of the Victorian-era terrace in recent years, and listed it last year with Di Baker before a sold sticker went up on it on Thursday billing the sale to McGrath’s Will Manning.
