It seems that the new undertaking is situated on Little St, Mosman, featuring a five-bedroom house with captivating views extending to the Heads. The old red brick house lingered on and off the market under two different agencies since February of the preceding year before ultimately selling in mid-November for $13.5 million, facilitated by Jonathon De Brennan of De Brennan Property.
