Two brothers have been told to leave their ailing father’s house by the Tenancy Tribunal.
David and Steven Webber had been living in the New Lynn, Auckland, property for some years.
The tribunal heard that Steven initially looked after his father and moved into the Astley Ave property in 2015.
David told the tribunal that he only lived there from time to time.
