A hot water cylinder that sprays a “geyser” of water into the neighbour’s property, a collapsed fence replaced with chicken wire, and a pile of garbage outside the bedroom window.
These are some of the problems Stephanie Ruatoto is trying to get fixed at her Takanini property, rented from a landlord who has raised the ire of multiple tenants across south Auckland.
But Ruatoto says her complaints about the state of the house and pleas for help have been met with eviction threats.
