The 21-year old Southlander, thought to be the youngest sales person in Invercargill has already sold three houses in her first three weeks on the job.
There is no better feeling for Lily Dykes then seeing how excited people are when they get the home they want to buy.
Dykes completed an internship at Professionals MacPherson Realty Ltd in 2018 before she became a sales person at the company.
She is a registered licensed sales person who can sell properties.
The three properties she sold were middle of the range. Two were first home buyers and the other was a couple that wanted to downsize, she said.
