WOMEN’S AFL legend Debbie Lee had a win on the property market with the Pascoe Vale house she built soaring past price expectations.
The three-bedroom home at 18 Tangyes St fetched $1.11 million under the hammer, topping its quoted range of $940,000-$1 million amid competition from three bidders.
Champion sailor Jesse Martin’s family home in Emerald was also cast adrift, but required a bit more work for a sale to be set, selling for $1.15 million in post-auction negotiations.
