PHOTO: RAY WHITE Steve Hansen’s Prebbleton home on 5.6ha has been sold, two months after it was passed in at auction.
Former All Black coach Steve Hansen and wife Natasha have sold their lifestyle block on the outskirts of Christchurch.
Listing agent Brendan Shefford of Ray White Rolleston confirmed the Prebbleton property has been sold to a retired farming couple.
“There is a confidentiality agreement in place so we can’t say what price it fetched.” Shefford also said the sale has not yet been settled.
The house, which is valued at $2.625 million, went to auction on November 1, 2019, but was passed in. At that time, Shefford said there were several interested parties. Records show the Hansens paid $1.8 million for the house in August 2016.
