As 2019 draws to a close commercial property owners are reflecting on whether to hold or sell.
Many are holding, satisfied with the growth in the value of the properties and rental returns and see few comparable investments to switch too.
The commercial property market – office, industrial and retail – has had a stellar run since 2013 with lower interest rates in 2019 continuing to support investment and sales, according to the pundits.
Sales volumes have slowed though since the highs of 2016 and 2017 and questions about how long the strong run can last are generating a bit of nervousness.
