Survivor All Star turned fitness influencer Brooke Jowett is returning to the wilderness in a bit more comfort with her first home purchase in the Dandenong Ranges.
The personal trainer and JRSY active wear founder and her boyfriend, former My Kitchen Rules contestant Chris Cavanagh, have purchased a three-bedroom house in the hills on almost 1000sq m for $810,000.
Barry Plant Emerald agent Riley Nicholas said the couple were attracted to the size and location of the home close to the local township.
“And having a flatter block of land in the hills I think was a big appeal,” he said.
“I think they are really looking forward to putting their own spin on the home, there isn’t a whole lot they need to do because one of the bathrooms and the kitchen are already renovated but they can make it their own.”
Jowett and Cavanagh, a chef and musician who appeared on My Kitchen Rules with his cousin Sam Newton in 2013, revealed their relationship to followers in mid-2020.
Prior to getting together, Jowett shared a romance with Locky Gilbert on Survivor All Stars in 2019 and told followers she was “hurt and a little blindsided” when Gilbert announced he would become The Bachelor in 2020.
Gilbert also appeared on the most recent season of SAS Australia.
