Sydney real estate: $66 million luxury penthouse on the market for 12 months

A Sydney property billed the “Best Penthouse Ever Offered in Australia, If Not the World” will cost you a casual $66 million.

So what does that kind of money get you?

The Boyd Residence that sits atop the ANZ Tower boasts four bedrooms with 360-degree views, five marble bathrooms, 24-hour security and a private express lift.

The space was named the world’s finest residence at the International Design & Architecture Awards 2017.

But the property is yet to be snapped up, having been on the market since March 2018.
