- A new south Auckland housing development is being promoted as one of the cheapest going.
Takanini’s Ninety-Eight complex, featuring 97 sites on Cosgrave Rd, is offering home and land packages starting at $543,276.
The entry level home is 76.6m2 and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a carport and a courtyard area.
The homes, by developer Noho Group, are being sold by real estate agency Trinity Network.
