Known as “Punter” in his cricketing days, former Australian cricket captain turned commentator Ricky Ponting has been known to take a chance or two. He and his wife Rianna have recently taken an educated gamble in buying a beachside home in Portsea.
The couple paid $3.51 million for the home, close to Fishermans Beach, public records show.
The Pontings bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom manse, also close to the famous Portsea Hotel, in a private sale earlier this year.
