A full-floor apartment in Collingwood’s historic Yorkshire Brewery tower — once Melbourne’s tallest building — is set to have buyers frothing.

The two-bedroom pad is for sale, with a $950,000-$1 million price guide, for the first time since it was converted inside the 1876-built landmark in 2015.

Jellis Craig Fitzroy partner Simon Shrimpton said the vendors bought the 501A/2 Mansard Lane property off the plan after it was fitted out by the developer to retain the building’s original arched windows, exposed brickwork and 3.8m-high ceilings.
