The Woollahra residence of Daniel Hausman has been listed for sale.

The property developer is one of the alleged beneficiaries of the biggest tax fraud in Australian history.

The Woollahra property was bought for $3.25 million in 2016, solely in the name of his partner, Jessica van Schreven. However, a restricting court order was lodged on the property title in May 2017, after Hausman’s arrest. The court is overseeing the sale.

The three-bedroom sandstone terrace has gardens with a pond on its 280sqm Wallis St block. Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agent Anthony Puntigam has scheduled a July 6 auction.

Hausman is among those facing charges after a scam allegedly involving $100 million-plus in taxes being skimmed from the Australian Taxation Office through underpaid payroll taxes.
