THERE were tears of joy as a young couple who had been renting in Drummoyne nabbed their dream home in Rozelle for $1.08 million this morning.
“I just can’t believe it,” an emotional Milena Prica, 31, said after BresicWhitney auctioneer Clarence White slammed the gavel down in favour of her partner of three-and-a-half years, Alex Tosich, 30.
“We were looking for another rental property, but then Alex saw this on Thursday and sent me a video … it’s all happened so quickly!”
