Mike Cannon-Brookes, the billionaire in the tech industry, and his wife Annie, are expanding their property portfolio in the Southern Highlands.
According to NEWS.COM.AU They have recently acquired Hathaway, an exquisite Bowral trophy home, for a price of $3 million.
Cannon-Brookes successfully purchased the property at a significantly lower cost compared to its estimated value of $3.45 million, which was suggested by Ray White Bowral, the real estate agency responsible for marketing the home over a period of approximately two months.
