Social housing provider Trust House has a tender out to build 11 new units, seven in Masterton and four in Featherston.
The units will be built on land where it has two existing properties which will be demolished, as happened with a previous redevelopment in Kuripuni.
Trust House chief executive Allan Pollard said he did not want to say where exactly the redevelopments would occur because there was a tenant in an existing property and the tender process had not concluded.
The tender was for seven two-bedroom units on the existing Trust House property in Masterton and four one-bedroom ones on the property in Featherston.
